The short answer is "the more the merrier." If you can provide us with the pickup time, drop off time, the locations for both, how many people you need to provide transportation for, and for how many hours you'd need service that would be great. But if you know exactly where you'll be heading during your use of our vehicle, we'll pass that along to our driver so he or she can be better prepared.

With all airport pickups that we schedule, we offer a grace period. This allows us to accommodate for flight delays, airport delays, and more.

Our prices are all inclusive. This means that as long as you don't travel outside of our service area, your quote will include all gratuity, feels, taxes, and costs. You will not encounter any surprise fees when your driver appears at your door.

We accept credit or debit card up to 24 hours prior to the date of service. This means if you receive service on Friday, you can pay with a credit or debit card up to Thursday during normal business hours. After that, all payment is to be made to the driver in cash upon pickup.

Of course we'd prefer if you did a full scan of the vehicle prior to exiting, but don't worry if you didn't. Our drivers and staff inspect each and every vehicle before and after every use and anything that is left behind will be left safely in our office.

Unfortunately we are not allowed to return any alcohol left behind on our limousines or party buses. Yes this includes your expensive bottle of vodka or your champagne. It's unlawful for us to do so and we will not break the law for anybody.

The clock begins at your normally scheduled time. It is the client's responsibility to be on time. We do understand that some things are out of your control so we can extend service in almost all cases and it will be at the pre-agreed upon hourly rate billed in 15 minute intervals.

Is smoking allowed?

All of our vehicles prohibit smoking on board. However, the driver will make pit-stops per your request.

Can we bring pets?

Due to potential for allergic reactions and damage to the vehicle we do not permit pets on our vehicles.

Can I cancel my reservation?

Once you make a reservation we then have to turn other customers that want that vehicle away so we can not issue refunds if you decide to cancel.
